Apparently, they sell defective products and do not stand behind the products that they resell. I bought 2 vapes. One does not work. Customer service is non responsive by email and phone. If you read the small print they are not responsible for products the resell.

I’ve contacted your company five times today via phone on December 8, 2023 with zero response. Every time I’ve called so far no one has called me back but I’ve been told that they will “get back to me shortly.” All I need is my tracking number. I paid for priority shipping three days ago to have it sent within one to three days and I still haven’t even gotten the email that it was shipped yet. This is horrible customer service. I’ve also written a review on Google, and will continue to write on platforms if someone does not get back to me. My order number is: 83746.
