Never received order
Never received order. Never received response from customer support after 3 attempts. Will not order again nor recommend. To put customer service in perspective, I had a delayed order from SundayScaries, another online THC gummy retailer, and upon contacting them they sent a replacement order, priority shipping. Now THATS what Im talking about. Theres other great online retailers out there, why risk your money with this site.

Waiting over a month for response from company
I host a local MN podcast, and partnered with Simply Crafted via their affiliate program. After directing no less than $1200 in sales towards their website via our direct referral code the company has disabled their affiliate program and will not pay the funds owed as a result. In addition, I have spoke with representatives of ownership on multiple occasions, and although he is professional and courteous, they have not responded in multiple weeks to my requests for a conversation to find resolution to this situation. This has gone from the simple matter of a company refusing to return phone calls to a company actively seeking to not pay funds that are owed.

Not the best
I ordered 2 vape pens and received 2 cartridges. It sucks because the description says vape pens . The first vape I received a month ago was dripping in oil and I tried to contact them and no response .

Scam
I ordered a Grav Dugout over 3 weeks ago. It still has not been dispatched, and I have had no response from any email. I have chased multiple times, my order number #53917. This is a scam!

Is this company still in operation?
Is this company still in operation. I've tried several times to contact them...phones ring, no-one answers messages, emails or queries. I placed an order for shipment to the UK. Usually I get a shipment notification or at least a message back. This company has so much potential but customer services is giving them a bad name.
