Like others have stated, if I could rate a zero I would. Their phone case is defective and side volume buttons do not work properly. They are slightly off and trying to adjust volume is a nightmare on my Galaxy Note 8. I sent them a email with my concerns and received no response! Next, Their screen protector is absolute junk and defective. I've put on dozens of other screen protectors without a single hitch. I tried installing the screen protector and it does NOT work on any curved screens regardless of what they say. The 2nd attempt was absolutely identical results. I contacted them and finally got a response to the screen protector but not case! they said it's my install error and would give me a slight discount on new ones. Like a dummy I purchased them maybe thinking somehow maybe it was my error. I brought the new ones to Verizon and they tried to install it but also failed. The sides do NOT stick and they refused to try and install the 2nd one. They are clearly defective and their "warranty" is passed off as user error or damage. Unreal for the prices they charge and they will never get my business or recommendation again.

Would've rated a zero if it was an option. Took 21 days for delivery. Had to email them to get them to resend as the first one sat for a week at the depot according to the tracking number. Adhesive on the screen protector let's go in less than a week. Edges curling and peeling off. As mentioned by others it is not compatible with their own cases. The edges are pushed off by the case making the screen adhesion even worse. Save your money...spend less for better elsewhere.

Sad to say I purchased the carbon case and screen protector for my Pixel 3. The carbon is is nice, but the screen protector won't fit with the case. The two interfere and I have been emailing SCF for several weeks now to find resolution. The case wraps around and hits the screen protector, causing the protector to peel off. As a design engineer myself, I'm comfortable saying that these two products were not designed to work together. If you just want a protector this might work. If you just wanted a case, I'm happy with the case. But I purchased a system to protect my phone and Simply Carbon Fiber has shown no interest in supporting my purchase post purchase. I have also provided a review and pictures for their site. I will be interested to see if this is uploaded or screened out as others have suggested.

Terrible quality of cases - definitely not real carbon fiber whereas the price point is high enough for you to assume it would be. Bad customer service with delayed responses and automated responses if feedback sent on social media! Had ordered a red carbon fiber case for my iphone X - cases half the price dont look half as tacky and fake as this one does! COMPLETE WASTE

Currently waiting 15 days for my $100 phone case to arrive. Many emails sent to simply carbon fibre to see what the hold up is with no direct response other than blaming USPS, the tracking number given shows on usps website says it hasnt even been picked up from their warehouse/shopor garage wherever they run their shonky business from. I will be filing a fraudulent transaction witj my bank tomorrow.

Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Terrible inductions, terrible customer service.

Crappy screen protector product, doesn't work with Iphone 7. Contacted their customer service and asked for refund / new products.They said nope but I could order new screen protectors for -50%. What the eff?! First they send bad quality products and then they want me to buy more... Installing screen protectors aint rocket science and here is how the Iphone 7 screen looks like 3hours from install. Edited: cant put links to Trustpilot Also, Paypal wont give your money back against this company so beware... The company also didn't release my 1star rating review (it was legit, no flaming or bad language, just plain facts) for their website so do the math.

Bought a screen protector for $25 CAD. A lot of money for a piece of plastic. it didn't fit at all, like not even close. I sent them and email, and they said they would provide me 50%. Why would I spend MORE money on a protector that should have fit in the first place! Scam, don't purchase
