Vitaliy worked with us every step of our reservation process and went above and beyond to rebook us when we had a cancelled connecting flight. Will definitely use his services again for all future flights

Incredibly difficult to deal with - never had an agent not give a quote or price indication unless I was booking today! Would give zero if I could for customer service

Took unauthorised payment from my credit card 💳. Just be careful , we have raised a concern.

My rep was awesome—kept me updated and found me a premium seat for 40% off.

I have used Simply Business Class on many overseas trips & found them to be very attentive & helpful. Vitaliy responds to requests promptly! I highly recommend them when travelling overseas!

We have used Simply Business Class for many years, and have always found them to be highly professional, with deals on quality airlines we could not match. In particular, for some years we have dealt with a consultant called Vitaliy S, who has proved to be superb. He has navigated us to places from Tblisi to Toronto, from Bucharest to Baku, all superbly organised. Following the great Covid crisis he even managed to claw back a cancelled pan-Pacific ticket that we had assumed had just disappeared into the chaos, as had happened to so many people. Highly recommended.

It’s magic! SBC finds the best, cheapest way for comfortable intercontinental travel and it all works seamlessly.

We have just returned from a great trip topped and tailed by great flights purchased through Simply Business Class. Our itinerary was a little complex but Vitaly was able to find flights at prices significantly less than we expected. Lines of communication were clear, calls were answered promptly and the payment process was clearly explained. We have already recommended them to friends and family and hope to use their services for our next trip abroad.
