After leaving my last review I emailed the company that I no longer wish to do business with them and to end all correspondence with the IRS on my behalf, They are still calling and harassing me. I do not recommend anyone use this company. The tax specialist Austin called me and accused me of sharing inappropriate videos with him and making false claims against me most likely on a recorded line. Any company that has you sign a agreement not to try and get your money back if you decide not to use them is a scam. Ant other reputable company will return your investigation fee if you’re not happy with them.
