When we decided to sell our home in south Florida, we had not been involved in the real estate market in over two decades. When I spoke with Skip, the SimpleShowing agent in our area, I was apprehensive about the service level of a 1% listing fee. Skip took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Once the process began, he remained in contact with us and kept us up to date and informed on what to expect. The level of service from SimpleShowing exceeded our expectations; from the ease of document signings to the photographer who spent nearly two hours photographing our house to Skip's handling of the scheduling and negotiations, we couldn't have been more pleased. And, in the end, we saved over $10,000 in commission fees! We would highly recommend SimpleShowing to anyone considering selling or buying a home.

Simple showing was an amazing company to work with on selling our home, i couldnt imagine after having used them going with anyone else. Great communication and fast response and factual answers to questions and concerns. The process and fees were laid out in the beginning and everything through the whole process went just as they said it would, and they're were no hidden or surprising fees at the end that weren't mentioned.
