Great company to deal with. I was looking at selling my home because of the deteriorating area, but then a family medical emergency meant I needed to sell asap. I had contacted a couple of buyers some months ago about the property and Simple Quarters was the only one to get back in contact with me, and they were also kind enough to honor their previous offer. They were my first choice to sell to and I'm so glad I did.
