Very good company and super easy to work with. They bought my two properties quickly and made the process easy. I stay on the road for weeks at a time and was able to do all the paperwork and closing thru email.

I have been doing business with Simple Wholesaling for many years. They take so much pride in doing what they say they will do. As an investor doing a lot of transactions it’s nice to have a partner to buy from like Simple Wholesale. Brett and Brian are wonderful to work with and I am looking forward to doing many more transactions in 2019 and beyond. Keep up the great work guys!!
