My Wife and I were looking for our next home, but we're in the unique position of needing a home we could work on to make our own while preparing our current home for market. Knowing it would be difficult to to qualify for two simultaneous mortgages a land contract for deed fixer upper filled the bill. After a lot of research and a lot of horror stories we began working with Randy from simple quarters. Not only was the property exactly as presented it was priced correctly without the typical inflated pricing of a contract purchase. The understanding,constant communication and simple closing made our purchase less stressful than a typical wall mart checkout. Their use of an escrow company for the duration of the contract fair interest rate and overall service puts simple quarters head and shoulders above anyone we have dealt with.
