Simple&OpulenceReviews of simpleopulence.com

Arrived ripped, contacted support received no direction after washing the sheets keep deteriorating in condition. Will probably not bother washing again and will buy somewhere else. Would recommend you do the same

I hate these sheets. I bought two sets each over 100.00 dollars and they come out of the dryer in a wrinkled ball

The company never sent me the product and never responded to my emails about where the product is and then had the nerve to send an automated survey asking how they did. They didn’t do anything and now I’m out $60

I ordered and never received. I wouldn't recommend any body to purchase from them. Trying to contact them and they have no legit #.

The company is not adhering to their posted return policy. I was approved for a refund and provided a photo of the defect and the company refuses to pay for return shipping as their policy claims. They offered an exchange but I needed this product by a certain date as we had visitors staying in our guest room (which is what this was purchased for.) The exchange wouldn’t get here in time, so I had to purchase a duvet cover from another store. I have no use for this product anymore and they refuse to accept the return I was already approved for

Description on the product was inaccurate, and when I returned it the cost of shipping was triple than what I paid to receive it.

Sent to wrong address, even after 4 attempts to correct by email

Linen was quite scratchy and requested a return. They have still not gotten back to me.
