Shout out to Nick and the team at Simple Mining. After pondering getting involved in hosted mining for a while I finally decided on this company because of their reputation and customer service. I booked a call on their site and Nick called me back at the allotted time. He gave me an overview of how hosted mining works and also their company structure. He also answered any questions I had about pools etc. I was impressed with the personal service and attention to my concerns and so placed an order the following day. The e contract was fast and straightforward and payment was offered by Bitcoin, Credit Card or Bank transfer. I chose to pay in Bitcoin and this was done seamlessly and securely through Coinbase Commerce. The miner was up and running the following day and Nick arranged the connection to the Pool and everything on my behalf. There was no “set up” fee, which a lot of farms seem to charge and I get free maintenance for a year as well as a great price on the electricity of 0.08 c/kWh. Nick was happy to give me his WhatsApp and I have been in regular contact with him since. He has always been more than happy to answer my queries at any time. Another good feature is the regular email updates from the team and the Twitter feed. Overall a great experience with a company I would recommend to anyone considering getting into Bitcoin.

I’ve been with simplemining.io for about 7 months now and undoubtedly, they are the best hosting company I’ve worked with (I have machines hosted with 5 companies). Excellent communication is what makes Simple Mining shine. Prompt notifications of load shedding really helps ease the worries, and Nick is always around to communicate. I can usually get a response within minutes. Adam and Nick even took the time to set up a conference call to take me on a tour of their mining facility and answered all my questions when first signing up. Deployment is super fast - incoming machines are usually online the same day if not the next day. I also had a few units that needed repairs but the team was able to get everything up and running with minimal downtime. The only small demerit I can think of is that they don’t accept miners not purchased through them, but then again many other companies have the same policy so not an huge issue. Pros far outweigh the cons.

One of my 110Th machines was behaving weird, so I had it shipped to Simple Mining. They worked on it the day it arrived, provided great details to me, and had it run for a couple days to make sure everything was okay. GREAT service.
