Undependable
I sent in a test. Waited a couple of weeks. Finally called. They said there was a delay in shipping and they would send out a new test. After a week the new test arrived. Sent the sample back the next day. It has been at the lab for 1 week. No response. Edit:finally got result after initial purchase 2 to 3 months ago. Upped rating from 1 to 2. Never received a notice, like they said I would. Just checked online.
