They do well in general, and their wares that I've purchased have been top notch. There was 1 time I'd say they may have had a very minor quality dip but it was negligible. And haven't had an issue since. The last order I received would be my only complaint outright as it was packed quite poorly compared to any previous orders. And as a result 2 of 15 items broke. However CS was straightforward, just requesting a couple of pictures, and they issued a partial refund covering the cost of the 2 broken items, without hassle. Overall I'll continue to use their service for sure. Hard to find solid pipes for reasonable pricing.

Play a great quality high quality strong durable glassware takes a few days longer than you'd like but once you get your package from them it's always worth it I've never had anything come broken or not of high quality like several layer blown glass from these guys love these guys

Came a day after the site shipping said and a day before fedex said. One was cracked and the hole on the bowl is super flat on all so, no ridge/ lip to give you an idea of where the top is while you use it.

This was my 1st time ordering from SGP. I ordered 5 different items. Their website is pretty easy to use. They have a pretty good selection & are reasonably priced. I was able to place my order with ease. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process(notified me of the status , tracking info & notified me when my order had arrived in my mailbox. Most of the items arrived in a decent timely fashion. What REALLY mattered the most to me & made these guys stand out as a wonderful company, that I WILL be doing business with again, is when my order arrived there was a broken item & an item I didn't receive. I emailed Simple Glass & they promptly replied & are sending me replacements for my damaged & missing item. Mistakes happen, They apologized & made it right & that's what is important & matters the most. These guys know how to treat their customers & I would HIGHLY recommend them.

One arrived broken 😭 need packaging to be more secure

Received product. Despite good wrapping and boxing, one of the pipes was broken a little.

I’m still waiting on my accessories and new water pipe. 17th and the ETA was gonna be around the 16th or 15th and it just must be the holidays. I guess that’s why I didn’t rate 1-2 stars. It was shipped out on the 11th and I got tracking information pretty quickly. That’s a plus it’s in the hands of the United States Postal Service. And that’s usually I made it once after it gets to the facility to be be delivered from. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Meni hope Nothing’s broken. Nothing’s missing XO.
