Online order went smooth. Purchase shipped quickly. I received a damaged item. I emailed them and in less than one business day a replacement was shipped. Excellent costumer service.

Love this place. I have saved a whole lot of money. Thank you simple glass

The people that run the shop were professional and accessible. If I had any questions about my order I was able to exchange emails to get informed. Great service and delivery options outside usps.

Fast shipping and it was packaged well.

Super fast shipping and some very unique glass pipes for all the ways. This is my second order in two weeks. One crack piece of glass so far. That’s not bad. Highly recommend.
