Hello all, I am writing this review to tell my experience with Simple Wealth Academy. As most of you surely are, I started off wanting something better for my family and I than a 9-5 hour job for eternity. I wanted to find a different way to make money. I had followed Josh for a while and decided to take a chance. Don't be fooled this isn't a free course, but ask yourself is anything that is truly worth it free? I was doubtful at first as well, but believed that with good information and mentorship I would get closer to accomplishing my goal of being financially free. Since joining the class, I truly feel like I have had a different perspective on life. I look for opportunities where I previously might have just ignored them. Every week, Josh's team has an expert that teaches you a new area of real estate, credit, lending, and mindset. Josh and Joe also have weekly check-ins to help give guidance and direction. With those two things I was really able to increase my knowledge and experience in real estate. I was able to get my own property and cash flow $2K+ per month. I appreciate all the stuff that SWA has helped me achieve and this is only the beginning. If you are unsure of the cost, be assured you will get that value back, the knowledge alone invaluable. Josh and Joe really do care about all the students they take on and make it their goal to see them succeed.

Honestly thought it was a good experience working with these guys. They definitely give you the tools to excel and a support structure to do it. With help from them I was able to leverage the VA loan and close on a 530K property with no out-of-pocket expenses, with extra seller credits that went back to adding value for the property. Would definitely do it again. This community is huge help for first time buyers, especially for military veterans.

These guys are amazing! Don't listen to the naysayers just because they didn't take advantage of the value these guys bring. Yes, it's going to require work from you to actually find the deals and implement what they teach. But you will have tramendous support not just from from Josh and Joe, but even from top tier vetted individuals who are experts in their own field from loan officers to sober, living experts,building generational, wealth, etc. Just being connected with these people in my opinion makes it worth joining. From my experience, I’ve already exhausted my VA loan eligibility. But thankfully, because of their expertise, I am now closing on a six bedroom two bath with zero down within just 90 days. When all is said and done, I’m looking to cash flow at least $2000 per month. So no, it’s not limited to just the VA loans like what some people are saying. And the biggest thing, is accountability. They will constantly check on you to see if you’re making progress or if you’re stuck. I can see myself purchasing another property because of these guys next year. 50% will be from them to provide you with the knowledge and resources while the remaining 50% is for you to do the actual work. In short, you get what you put in!

Joined Feb of 24 and had no knowledge on real estate. I know have one property in San Antonio Texas and looking to get more in Southern California. Fast growing community as well. Starting to get in person meet ups too. Great community for active duty/ veterans.

I can personally say that the SWA team and community have been truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I signed up, I was greeted by the main members and we got started on next steps the next day. Ultimately it is up to the user to determine their success but all of the tools and resources are in place as soon as you start. For me personally, I really needed the hand holding approach in order to make the leap that I did, but having that hand holding approach and step by step process truly helped give me the confidence to get to the next step and move things along. You also learn valuable information about real estate that you will hold on to forever, the VA loan is something no veteran should leave unused and this team specializes in utilizing it to the fullest extent. I definitely recommend joining this team if you are looking to get into real estate and ultimately out of the 9-5 rat race one day.

I have been in this program for a few months now and I was able to not just cashflow, but also get all the benefits that real estate investing offers like tax benefits, appreciation, equity, and zoning through multi-family rentals. The benefits from the program are great and the expertise provided from the mentors is great! Shout-out yo Josh and Joe! The mentors are super attentive and they also keep you accountable so that you meet your goals. IMO, the price is low in comparison to what you get in return. 1 on 1 calls, weekly group calls with experts who have been in the space for years and write books about the real estate or have podcasts about real estate, action taker Tuesday, etc.. on top of that, you are also networking and getting connected with lenders, realtors, and investors from around the country. Being a part of this program is the best decision I have made in my 20s, so I am very glad that this team showed me the way to succeed in real estate investing!!

Honestly, this program is a game changer. Seeing military members closing on properties every week is so amazing. This is the only community out there really focused on helping military members build wealth, and it shows. Everyone inside is super supportive, and there are literally hundreds of people networking, sharing advice, and celebrating wins. It’s wild how many people are already crushing it with their real estate deals. Josh’s system is easy to follow, and the community feels like a big family. If you’re in the military and serious about building wealth, this is 100% worth it. Best investment you can make.

I listen to Josh 3 hour training all good he is a great story teller but gives you broad concepts and no details. After that you get a 1on1 call and they throw a high dollar proce tag on the lifetime academy price. Was 7k$ then 5k$ then 4k$ chop chop chop. The va loan is earned so because with these guys charging you to use your benefits. No thanks
