The snacks were received in good condition which was a concern due to the summer heat and also chips being in the box. There was one substitution due to a flavor being out of stock and an additional item was added for the inconvenience which was very nice. This is a great way to try items you can't get in your local store.

It hard to find food that isn't highly processed, but I was able to find not one, but several items that were freeze dried with no additional sugars added. I was amazed at the selection and variation of things to choose from. Thanks for being an alternative option for those of us that take our food seriously!

Even after I screwed up my own address, I was able to contact customer service and they corrected. Now we’re enjoying snacks. Thanks

Needed last-minute shipping of a cost-effective snack pack within a week. Received response to inquiry same day and promise to deliver on the day we needed if we shipped the next day. Quickly gathered addresses and shipped - arriving a day or two early for most of our group of 40! The representative that helped us (Tiffany) was very helpful and efficient. And the snacks were delicious!

Our employees loved the snack pack. They had a nice variety of healthy and delicious options for people with food allergies. Tiffany, our rep was amazing and kept in contact throughout the process. We will definitely be ordering from you again!
