I had been looking for that flavor of chips, Simpala Snacks popped up and there they were. I'm not suppose to be eating chips, but they were little bags and I sure couldn't resist. I think it's ok to splurge sometime, so I did. 😊

My biggest complaint is the packaging. You had everything stuffed in a small box. All the air in the chips was released from the bags because of how many were crammed into a small box. Other than that the everything else was fine.

We apologize that your box was packed too tight. We strive to package our snacks so that they arrive in good condition. We will send you a second box, and let us know how it is received! Happy Snacking, Simpalo Snacks Team

How organized it was. The product takes a little too long to get here once is ships like it is coming from another county. Some of the bagged items come fattened. We have to check to be sure they are not opened.

I couldn't find the snacks I wanted anywhere else. Price was fine, everything came. I would use them again. Great experience.

The products you carry are high quality, and keeping us in the loop of order processing to shipping a nice touch.
