We love Jen!!! She is helpful, receptive and fast. Jen is always available, and while we probably aren't the easiest client (we have lots of dietary restrictions and we request changes on a regular basis). Everything is shipped in a timely manner, and all the snacks we get are fresh. Thank you Simpalo!

Some fruits arrives molded. I have been giving food that I've asked for them to remove from my list. In 2 weeks I've been giving something spoiled in each delivery.

Thank you for the feedback. We order your fruit via Instacart, and it sounds like we need to try to order your fruit from a different store. We will be reaching out to you separately to make sure you receive a fruit delivery that you are happy with. Talk to you tomorrow.
