Jen has wonderful customer service. Very friendly and answers very quickly. She was very helpful and explained everything to me to make my first order and to get set up to make multiple orders going forward!

Ordering systems were easy to use. The group that received the gift said the product was good and different.

Product was reasonably priced and promptly shipped. Charge for shipping was high and the threshold for free shipping was also high.

Order placed 5/18 delivery date changed 3 times. Items arrived 5/30 and products tasted stale. Never had a problem before and items always arrived quickly not sure why this happened.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking at your order it appears that your order was "lost" in transit by UPS for about 5 days. It appears to have taken over 11 days to arrive. Not sure if that is why the Appleways bars tasted stale or not. The Appleways bars are baked, and therefore have a very short expiration date. Either way, we want to make it up to you. We will reach out and make this right. Thanks and Happy Snacking!
