Seamless processes and good reliable people to do business with. In this industry, it is so hard to know who to trust and everyone at Simmons was communicative, honest, timely and a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend more highly.

Sal Davis is a stud, and Simmons is a phenomenal company to work with. Sal makes getting deals done easy; taking the time to understand our needs and built strategies and approaches that actually support near term and future goals/targets. Communication is always prompt, clear, and no BS, and you feel taken care of the entire way through. Favorite trait about Sal is that he just understands how to do business with people who do business. Couldn’t recommend him + Simmons more to anyone looking for a trusted growth partner.

Barry was a tremendous broker - knowledgeable, fast on his feet, always ready to answer your questions. Even the accounting and underwriting dept was a pleasure to deal with. I have borrowed many times in the space; this is a first rate company. . .and trust me, there aren't many in private lending.

The absolute best firm I have worked with to date! Sal and team showed such professionalism and credit strategies to help me secure funding for my business when no one else took the time to understand what we do and our unique pain points. 100% recommend for any one looking for creative financial solutions.
