I am an Operations Director working at a small software company. We initially began working with Simform 12-18 months ago and have an ongoing relationship. Due to the nature of our business and the type of clients we work with, there was a requirement to obtain SOC2 certification. However, as a small business, we weren't completely sure where to start and needed some expert guidance both technically and operationally. We had a look around for companies who can provide assistance with obtaining SOC2 certification and we found Simform. I initially had some reservations about using an external company that didn't know our business; worrying about time spent on onboarding/understanding our specific business needs etc. I am pleased to say that I couldn't have been more wrong! Simform have gone above and beyond our expectations and I don't know how we could have done this without them! The Simform team supporting us became like members of our internal team almost immediately; they are friendly and supportive, communicate clearly and respond quickly. The guidance that they offer is always tailored to our business needs, so disruption to daily procedure has been minimal while implementing the new processes/changes required for SOC2. The amount of support, knowledge and guidance that they have provided technically and operationally throughout the process has been invaluable, so much so that we are continuing the relationship for compliance and technical support ongoing. Working with Simform has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I would recommend them both personally as a manager and speaking on behalf of the business.

They understand and are able to adapt to different work cultures and open to alternatives when things don't go as planned. We have greatly appreciated working with Simform and will continue to do so. Moreover, a lot of pressure on hiring the right people has lifted through our relationship with Simform. We will start there the next time we need to add people to our team rather than spending time and money on candidate search on other platforms.

Simform built us a custom platform that modernised and centralised our entire quotation and booking process. Now we manage packages, customer enquiries, and bookings all in one place. Their team properly understood our operations before jumping into development, which shaped the final product well. We can generate quotes faster, adjust pricing when needed, and share them with customers easily. Payment processing is now built right into the same system. Regular check-ins kept things on schedule throughout. Highly recommend.

We really appreciate the level of expertise and skill set that Simform offers, especially in Python and JavaScript front end. The relatively high level of expertise was crucial for our needs, particularly for senior developer level tasks. We also value the self-direction and autonomy of the Simform team.
