SimFabReviews of simfab.com

Amazing products, insanely fast shipping, and a top tier customer service.

Most companies are done after the sale. This company exceeds any expectation that I could have imagined still possible. Someone answers the phone every time I have called, and a bonus, always friendly, understand English and knows their product and every product you are going to purchase for your sim pit. The price on what you receive is unbelievable compared with other products of the same quality, and then they throw in free shipping, wow. Made in the USA. The product is solid and is a 5 minute swap out between modules for me. The chair is comfortable, I like the ease and adjustability of the mouse & keyboard add-on & the colorful instruction manuals are very nice and full of information with detailed part numbers & assembly, and real tools. Easy setup. Can't say enough, just an awesome diamond in the rough.

Assembly takes awhile but instructions are very good. All tools included. Very sturdy chair and attachments.

They have great communication about their products. They sold me only what I needed. The instructions are always extremely clear. I love that they even include the wrenches required to build everything out.

SimFab delivers quality products at an affordable price. Their customer service is exceptional. I've used their products for three years now and will use SimFab for any future purchases. Highly recommend them for sim users.

Great products, incredibly friendly customer support. These guys seem to be working 24/7. Serious contender in the sim-cockpit area. And the prices still make me wonder how's it possible for a product made in the USA to be so affordable...

The set up is amazing. The instructions were clear and precise and the photos were nice and in color. The order was correct with all the pieces. Shipping was extremely fast. I love the set up and would highly recommend to anyone looking at wanting a chair for flight sims. The controls are now in their correct and ergonomic positions and improves the gaming experience.

Great customer support. They fabricated a custom a plate to match my UFC. Enjoying the pit. No issues with materials, fabrication or assembly.
