TERRIBLE. VERY BAD. I placed an order in late February and I still haven't got it. I've contacted them via Messenger in FB, via the emails they've sent me, on their web page and all I've got is the BLOODY RUN AROUND!!!! They take AGES, WEEKS, to reply and WHEN!!!! they do they do NOT answer my questions. TERRIBLE. BAD. SLOW. SHODDY. SHABBY. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. I am very ANGRY with them. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Received my tshirts and the type on the black shirt is VERY POOR. Put in a complaint and was told there was nothing wrong with the quality.

Arrived with black streaks on the side. Top was darker than the bottom, as if they left it on the hot machine too long. Poor quality!! Will not purchase again. Beware!!!

The shirt is everything I expected it to be. I am wearing it tomorrow to a black history event. I would recommend it to anyone else.

I saw someone post a link to this website that sold the same t-shirts as another company. The comments underneath this “other” company were not good as many people were not satisfied with their orders. I went to the other site which looked legit and placed my order. When I was done an offer for a mug popped up asking if I wanted to add it to my order. I clicked view next offer to see what else they had. I continued to do so until the same area I was clicking automatically switched and I clicked it which resulted in me purchasing an iPhone 7 phone case. I was automatically charged for it. I wasn’t given the option to confirm, change anything, check anything- it just went through. I went to the website and emailed them using the option to modify or cancel an order. I replied to the email confirmation explaining what happens and letting them know that I did not want that second order and to please cancel it. Although their customer service said they were closed at 5:30 I received an email saying that the order had already been shipped out and there was nothing they could do. I replied asking if I could return the item because I have no use for an iPhone 7 case. I even mentioned that I have an iPhone XR and if they modified the order I would have just taken the case. I received another response addressing nothing I asked- including why give the option to modify or cancel an order and I responded to them so soon requesting that they do just that and was not assisted at all? Meanwhile my first order has had no confirmation email sent saying it has been shipped and the one for the phone contains no tracking information. I just ready another review from a few months back where someone confirmed my suspicions that the companies being run using different names are all under the same company (owned by TeeChip)...seems like a way to dodge all the complaints and continue operating. Terrible customer service...if that’s what you want to call it. I will never order from there again.

I ordered 12 shirts between 2 orders. This was my first time. I recieved them and one shirt was immediately recognized as wrong, it was supposed to be a large black shirt when a christ quote, Instead they sent me A 3XL green music shirt. This is when I realized there is no way to call them. I had to file a claim so I did and Uploaded a picture as if I was lying… the very next day I discovered one of the other shirts, a red, small shirt has a very visible stain on the front of it and it was a gift for 1 of my coworkers. Imagine the embarrassment! I immediately went to the file a claim and I was denied due to the order already being corrected for the first mistake!?!?!?!? They have till Monday to respond that the shirt will be replaced or refunded before I open a case with BBB. They have sent an email telling me to expect the green mistake shirt to be corrected, but it dont make sense to not correct the stain. I hope I can turn this review around.

They made a guarantee that they did not meet and took no accountability! I placed an order based on the guarantee that it would be delivered before Christmas. I also used their online chat feature in which I was assured of the same delivery time frame. The order placed on the 17th was not shipped until the 22nd via ground delivery. I reached out to customer service via email a few times when I noticed there was no movement in my order. Only when I complained and requested a refund was when I got a response. Of course the response was to deny my refund request as I no longer wanted the items that I could not receive on time. I placed orders with another shirt company TEESPRING that I Would recommend as they stood by their guarantee (and the order was placed later and arrived on time.) Do not offer guarantees that you can not stand by, and as a customer if I am not satisfied I should be allowed to request a refund. No where does it say all sales are final! You got me this time, NEVER again!

First of all the shirt wasn’t even the shirt they advertised it was supposed to have sequins on it instead it was a picture of sequins it’s probably one of the worst tee shirts I’ve ever bought do not buy from them unless your looking for plain stuff
