I honestly believe all the 3, 4, and 5 start ratings are false. After reading the 1 star ratings, I am having the same issue. I placed an order 4/16, 4/18 it stated the order was processing but my payment came out as soon as I ordered. Here it is 5/5/2020 and I have sent 2 emails with no response back from the company. There is no way to contact the company other than an email. PLEASE BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT. IT IS A SCAM. NONE OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL. Today when I tracked my order it stated it was shipped and that I can track it. The DHL smartmail parcel plus expedited tracking number is NOT REAL AND SAYS IT DOES NOT EXIST. I want a full refund. I will never purchase from an ad off instagram again.

I ordered a set of seat covers I put the order in on4/1/20 got a Email 4/13/20 still nothing I've emailed with no response.they doubled my order tried to fix it but they never replied back.ill have 2nd thought before I ever deal with them again !! Why on contact phone number ???

I placed an order and have emailed twice and also used the messenger option on their Facebook page. Nobody is responding to my inquiry and when I tried to cancel, I got an automated response telling me basically sorry it's too late. It is very disappointing I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a Mandala bed quilt. It came in with a King tag on it. The King sizing chart said 102 x 91 inches. My product is 86 x 96 inches. They are giving me a hassle about refunding my money. I now have to back charge them on my credit card to get any service. Beware and avoid this Chinese crap farm.

This company doesn't even deserve ONE star! I placed an order for 2 Autism shirts on March 23, 2020. I wanted to be able to wear these when I'm not working during the month of April in honor of our THREE sons who have Autism. They had no problem taking money out of my account within 2 hours! I contacted them via chat on their website the morning of April 9, 2020 and for my complaint, a guy named "LEO" gave me back 10% ($2.70), expected that to be good enough, and could NOT tell me when my order would ship. I just sent them an email stating that if they do not provide a tracking number with evidence that the order has left their facility TODAY (not just a notice that a shipping label has been created), that I would cancel my order. I will also report this company to my attorney general and I encourage EVERYONE else who doesn't have their order to do the same! Michelle Moe, RN

Placed my order on 3/21/20. As of today, 4/13/20, it’s still “printing” and well out of the 5-10 business days shipping time frame. My mom warned me from dealing with sites like this that appear as an Facebook ad, but I assumed it was legit since I’ve bought from fb ads and never had an issue. Someone said they were contacted every step of the way.. I’m not buying it nor will this company get my money again. Communication is key and had they been in communication, we would not have this problem.

They say they ship in 5-10 days, but I ordered on March 27th and it's still "printing." I have had no success in contacting them. At this point I'm calling my bank and getting my money back.

I ordered an autism shirt back in february. I'm still waiting! First and last tkme ordering from this company ! 😠
