I ordered 2 teacher tumblers for Teacher Appreciation week, and I have yet to receive them! I chatted with someone and gave them all my info and apparently they lost my order, but charged my card. I never received an e-mail with RL for their tracking number!

I order two female style t shirts. I recieved in about a week an a half. No problem. However the shirt picture was nothing like what I recieved. I recieve a regular looking cheap cotton shirt. The print was much smaller than previews. Not only that but there was only one shirt. I attempted to reach out an file a claim thru an automatic system that states a claim agent will follow up in 3 days. Well I'm on day 6 only have one terrible false advertised shirt ,an no answers to resolve the issue. Track is saying order was fulfilled however they only put one in my package. The proof is in the weight of the package when its shipped. This company is doing this to alot of ppl an at this point I want a refund or my shirts as pictured. RL-11561-95426

I ordered on April 16, 2020. The confirmation said 7-10 days delivery. I understand delays due to COVID-19 but it is now May 11 and nothing. I sent an email asking to cancel and the response was they cannot stop the order once it is in production, It has been in production since the day I ordered it and still is. They gave me a whopping $5+ credit. I don't recommend ordering from here. They obviously can't handle their business and can't deliver in a timely manner.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered 3 shirts and only recieved one.i have been emailing them weekly and all the responses are computer generated.i will be reporting this company to the BBB and filing a fraudulent complaint with my bank.

Ordered two phone cases and the picture on them are both off centered. It makes them look awful. Also the colors weren't as vibrant as in the pics. Not worth the money!

I ordered 2 shirts on April 9th and have yet to get them in the mail. I have contacted them several times about refunds or where they are. I only get they are in printing. In printing for a month now, whereas others are getting their orders in 3 days? If I ever get my shirts I will never order from them again.

I ordered the Bigfoot seat covers 6 weeks ago. Never received the shipping date. Try to track - bad tracking number. And my order number does not work for tracking, either. No phone number to reach them. On my way to report to BBB and to my bank. Rip off artists here. Total scam.

They ripped me off for $20.00. Never got the item I ordered as a gift for a family member. All they did was argue about it. The agent "Leo" said it was in the "printing" stage" for 26 days???? Buyer beware. Do not trust this seller.
