Order placed 2 months ago, payment processed. No merchandise received. No way to contact company. A sad lesson. Goodbye money, hello scammers.

Don't know about the quality of my purchase because I do not have it. Ordered 5/10, order confirmed 5/10. Ordered for an event and of course it didn't deliver on time. Ordered hadn't been printed yet after 15 business days, I ask to cancel order and refund. Would not do it . Gave me a ship date of 6/2, still hasn't finished being processed. Unless you have at least 25 business days to wait, order else where.

Placed my order April 16th. According to the shipping info my order has been in Hawthorne, CA since May 8th. I have ordered and received items from other countries since this order! Meanwhile, my supposedly "looks great" quilt sits 1200 miles from my house with this company's "shipping partner". No updates, no communication, no responses to inquirys. This is a total RIP off.

It's been over 1 MONTH, and NOTHING. pretty sure by now I'll never see my $100 bedspread. Don't get scammed by this company, stay clear!

It has been almost 2 months and my package never arrived.They have not responded to my communication and now I am getting an address not found when I email them. I am working with my bank to dispute this charge.

If I could give you a minus star I would. I ordered a t-shirt back in April and was told it would take 5-15 days. It is May 23rd and I haven't heard one word from you. This company ripped me off.

If I could rate this company below a zero, I WOULD!!!!! Before my order was even shipped I sent an email (as requested) asking for my order to be canceled. No response, no acknowledgement. The shirts arrived weeks later and when I opened the packaging all you could smell was rank vinegar. I ordered 4 shirts and they were all stuck together. I had to literally pull them apart. I attempted letting them air for half of the next day and the smell never weakend. I then decided to wash the shirts in a cold only cycle and I air dryer the shirts with cold air only. Everything on the shirts was faded off and it appeared that I had owned these shirts for years!!! The design on the front had lost all color and the shirt was see through and felt like paper in my hands. I was finally able to contact someone through chat and they told me to send pictures and wait for a response. That was 2 weeks ago and I just got a response saying my package was lost in transit..... ummm what package???? Like this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. There’s no proper way to contact them and shipping me something without my knowledge is insane and THEN they told me I had to file a claim with them about my lost in transit package that I knew nothing about. This place is a damn joke!!! Do not buy from them if you enjoy your sanity.

Ordered 3 shirts, money was taken from my account immediately instead of when shipped like other businesses, order says in printing , been 11 days and still in printing.. poor service, cannot get answers, small order. Should not advertise product not available.. this should have not only been shipped it should have been received by now.. have ordered from other places after this order was placed and if items have not been delivered they are on the way in shipping and due to arrive today or tomorrow.. very poor business service and excuses are terrible.. I just want what I paid for .. by the way site says all items in stock so why does my order day printing and 3 shirts have been printing for 2 weeks.. then its covid-19 guidance etc. Well shopping is on line these days due to covid-19 so if you cant handle the business dont promote things and shut yourself down until you can handle business
