SilverholderReviews of silverholder.com

I like how bright these lights are. They came in fast and fit my truck. But then they started to flicker. I let them know what was happening and sent a video. They sent my new lights with decoders on them. Well the same thing is happening. I let then know and they are shipping me a new pair with better decoders.

Customer service was in contact with me the entire process. Got my replacement strip handled and even got a 2nd one on the way.

Great service! Great product!

Recommended as they provide best support ever. -respond to queries immediately -proved advice on what is the most suitable product for my Nissan -they found an error on my order and corected the order and advised me -Best pricing on the net as I checked different providers I will buy again, no rip off genuine business. Thank you guys you went above and beyond service jacques

Install was easy and got lots of compliments on the hood led strip. Customer service was very responsive and helpful with answering all my questions.

I originally ordered some replacement LED headlights for my car, however due to an unexpected bulb failure with my current set up I found myself needing something at very short notice. I chose to pursue a refund and purchase something locally instead. Communication with Silverholder was fast and effortless, they ensured that I got a full refund immediately (order had not been shipped) I will absolutely be using Silverholder again when I have a bit more time up my sleeve to wait for the package to arrive.

Customer service is great! Had the full set of led lights for the truck and they have been awesome , ran into some little problems with lights flickering or not working, emailed the company and they sent out replacements right away after a little bit of troubleshooting! Thanks for the help, and thanks for the bright lights!
