This is based on my 1st experience with their customer service, which was fantastic. I’m looking for very specific custom boxes. I used their web chat feature and immediately spoke to a real person who was so helpful. Throughout the chat he asked all the right questions and showed me different videos highlighting possible box types to suit my needs. I’ll update this review once I get pricing and if I complete the purchase, but great first impression!
