I'm registered with this agency for years , never got any job offer. Every time I applied you rarely get response , I've been waiting a week for a call back regarding a job position. Looking at these comments below I dont think some of these jobs even exist. To the agents, please find a job you are actually enjoy and have a ounce of passion in what you do . Have an empathy towards candidate and understand ,if someone is looking for a job shouldn't be ignored but supported

I discovered that the job had actually been posted elsewhere by a house manager who had no affiliation with Silver and Bow. When I attempted to apply directly through the original source, I was informed that applications had already closed. This experience was extremely disappointing, as it suggests that some roles may be advertised without a direct connection to the hiring party, potentially causing candidates to miss genuine opportunities. After years of applying without meaningful feedback, this situation has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

This company is practically fraudulent. They are constantly posting fake job adverts, they will never reply or acknowledge candidates, and they have a terrible reputation in the recruitment world.

NEVER respond not to phone calls or emails. PLEASE AVIOD
