I had such an amazing experience working with Cindy on the childcare desk at Silver & Bow. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, supportive and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She guided me throughout the whole process, kept me updated at every stage and ultimately helped me secure what I can genuinely say is my dream job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a recruitment agency. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning not receiving a response, but it’s worth remembering that Silver & Bow is a very bespoke agency working with highly specific roles and requirements. Not every candidate will have the right experience for every position, particularly within the private household sector. For me, the whole process was professional, personal and seamless. I couldn’t recommend Cindy and the Silver & Bow childcare team highly enough!
