Silverado at Barton Springs is the continuation of a sincere blessing to our family. My grandmother has been part of the Silverado family for nearly 5 years now. She was part of the Onion Creek community and as soon as the Barton Springs community opened, we were elated to have her back in the expertise of care and love that we were so accustomed to with Silverado. They are superb at what they do. The detail of care is above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Always thoughtful, always generous, and always knowledgeable and up to date with the latest in memory care support. The management of the Barton Springs location is congenial and professional, and the engagements director, care staff, nursing and even the chef are quick to ask just the right questions so that my grandmother has just what she needs. During these difficult times, it is great to know that my beloved Mema is in the best of hands.

I am so deeply appreciative of the care that Silverado provided to my Mom and family during this incredible difficult time. They were compassionate, answered all of our questions, took amazing care of my mom, helped us through the process and made sure we had everything that could be needed to keep her comfortable. They were there day or the middle of the night - whenever needed. They are truly God sent. They have called since her passing to check on us and even came to her funeral. They truly care And their commitment to their service is outstanding

Our experience at Silverado Barton Springs in Austin, Texas has been nothing but exceptional. The leadership team works together with the staff and residents to provide loving and home-like care which has provided a great deal of relief to our family, and me. My Mom is safe there, even during this time of COVID, and I know I can trust the team and caregivers to keep her safe. I wish I could see her more often than once a week, but I know that will come once we have a vaccine. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders knowing that Mom won't burn her house down, wander away, or do something else I hadn't yet imagined. Silverado Barton Springs is making sure Mom is getting her medications on time daily, feeding her delicious, chef-cooked meals and providing her with a daily roster of enrichment activities that she is engaged in and enjoying. Her cognitive scores have actually increased since joining the community and she has a new best friend! Speaking of best friends, she got to take her dog with her to the community, so he's being pampered as well. We definitely made the right decision for Mom with Silverado Barton Springs.

Nothing but good to say after a bad experience with another Memory Care Facility. The staff is kind, caring and loving. They handled the COVID situation as well as possible. I never had to worry that my amazing husband was well cared for. Such a relief. Can't say enough good about Silverado and highly recommend it for loved ones with Alzheimers or Memory Issues.

Silverado Memory Care is an outstanding facility. From the Chefs in the Kitchen, to the Housekeepers, to the Care Workers everyone is specifically trained to support the residents who have memory challenges. When you walk into the facility it is clean, well kept, flowers are everywhere, you are always greeted like an old friend. The moment my "oldies" as I lovingly call them went to live at Silverado they were loved on and well cared for. My heart is full when I think of the life my loved one is living. That life is full of happy moments, engagement in activities and really focused on the residents individual needs. All the residents are treated with the upmost respect as well as listened to and taken care of 24 hours a day. I recently had to spend several nights with in the community as my dad was passing, and I can't tell you enough about how the night shift crew was so consistent and helpful with my dad and well as the residents who wandered at night and who needed support in returning to sleep. The nursing staff is outstanding. They always call even for the little things and when they do they are so helpful always letting me know what happened and what the next steps will be for my loved one. Okay there is the really great part. I feel like I am part of the family. I love telling others in my world about Silverado Memory in Bellingham Washington. I encourage others like me who were care takers of mothers and fathers, to take a tour and to get their loved ones settled into memory care sooner rather than later. The team at this facility have taken way better care of my loved ones than I ever could have. I haven't seen my loved one in over a month due to stay at home orders, but I have never worried about their care because I have the upmost trust in the people who work at Silverardo in Bellingham. Finally I want to talk with you about the administration team. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team isn't just behind their desks. You see this team as an integral and active part of the community, from serving dinner, to helping residents move around, to providing one on one moments. This team has high expectations for all their staff but at the same time have the loving heart and provide the support and encouragement for the staff to work hard and be the best they can be when it comes to taking care of the residents. To end, I want you to know that I call Silverado the "Happiest Place on Earth" and every time I visit I come away with a happy heart knowing that my loved one is sooooo taken care of. From the moment we moved mom in to Silverado I have felt safe and secure in their compassionate , responsive ways. They are a step up from our former situation and a bit more expensive, but if you can afford them, it is worth it. I love the outdoor courtyards, the animals and the activities. The staff is lovely and they are doing an amazing job during this crazy time of COVID. Highly recommend Silverado!

Silverado Cares. My wife, Gloria Carpenter, is having a good time at Silverado, meeting new people and enjoying social contact. Right now I am very impressed with the frequent updates regarding the top notch care that residents and staff are getting to guard against the spread of virus.
