I recently had the opportunity to spend time at Silverado Bellingham and was so impressed with the level of care and attention provided to the residents. The staff were all incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. It was clear that they truly cared about the well-being of each and every resident. The facility itself is beautiful and well designed. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a large variety of activities and amenities for the residents. My personal connection was with their staff social worker. I appreciated her strong communication skills — she was very empathetic and took the time to answer all my questions very clearly.

My dad has been at Silverado since November 2016. Transitioning your loved one from home to a care community is never easy emotionally but Silverado's Mission is truly lived out through their staff, and a blessing. The caregivers are attentive, friendly, and compassionate. I am always leave visiting dad knowing that he is treated with respect and dignity. I observe this interaction with other Silverado community members as well. The food!!!! Oh my goodness! The food is amazing- from flavor, presentation and variety. Every meal is "fancy"- including stemmed water glasses, cloth napkins and a floral centerpiece. The administrative staff amazes me in how they balance their time between responsibilities and engaging with the residents within the community. It is encouraging to see the Family Ambassador assisting residents in the dining hall, or the Sr. Administrator enjoying "Happy Hour" with the residents. My family has had experience with other Care Communities and I never imagined it could be this good based off of those experiences. Silverado is truly about living a purposeful, full life regardless of ones cognitive or physical ability.

My mother recently passed away after living at Silverado in Austin Texas for over 4 years. From the initial interview of my mother at her home by Nurse Administrator, Michelle Neumann, which was incredibly skillful and compassionate, to her final days under the loving and competent care of Silverado Hospice (Laurel Anderson, R.N.) we could rest assured she was in good hands. The rapport of the entire staff (caregivers, engagement, custodial & kitchen staff and health team) with residents, family and one another was outstanding. We visited several times a week and always encountered cheerfulness, loving concern, and effort towards making every day a good day for everyone. We cannot Thank the team at Silverado Onion Creek and Silverado Barton Springs enough for the contributions they made to enhance the quality of our mother's final chapter.

I have worked for this company for almost 6 years and it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for in this field of work.

Our mother was at Silverado for 2 months before passing away. Our family was highly impressed and thankful for the consistent atmosphere of genuine caring and desire to help our mother and assist our family however needed. By the *entire* staff. They delivered on their promises to encourage residents to interact and engage in activities and our mother really enjoyed this. We are grateful and highly recommend Silverado Rolling Hills as a top notch memory care community.
