The staff at Silverado Lees Summit helped make for a smooth transition for our loved one. Our family was in a difficult situation and they helped us feel supported during a challenging time. My mother has been very pleased with the care she has received.

I feel very grateful to have our family members residing at Silverado St. Charles. The journey along the way was a challenging one for us. This Silverado staff has been so helpful and supportive throughout, and continues so now that my cousin and her husband are finally there together. Their caring attitude toward all the residents is so evident every time we visit. The communication between the staff and myself is always timely and helpful. I would recommend Silverado St. Charles to any family who is searching for a caring home for their loved one.

Silverado Lee’s Summit is so warm and welcoming! From the moment I walked in the door for a tour Whitney the sales manager and Lesley the Administrator greeted me with a smile and were there to answer all my questions.

As a Geriatric Care Manager I work with clients in many assisted living communities and can attest that the staff at Silverado St. Charles are truly amazing. The corporate protocol is to train ALL employees (including housekeeping and dietary) how to interact with residents with Dementia and deescalate issues when a resident is having an intense behavioral expression of emotions. This makes for a much calmer environment for the residents. The team gets to know the resident on a personal level to be able to understand and facilitate conversations about people, places and other things that are important to the resident. They go out of their way to make their environment as home like as possible and if there are issues that arise, the staff goes above and beyond to correct the issue and accommodate the residents.

I’m very pleased with Silverado in St. Charles with all of the activities and experiences that are offered to the residents. Whenever I go to visit my dad there is always something going on to keep the residents engaged and interested. They always seem to be having fun! The activity director, Gwen, is a treasure. She is so enthusiastic and does a great job of including all residents with her warm, caring personality. I would highly recommend this Silverado location if you were looking for a place for a family member to thrive in a safe and caring environment.

This has been a learning experience for me. Not something that I had planned to have to take care of for my mom and dad. Whitney Sparks (Silverado Lee’s Summit) has been a tremendous help in getting through this process. Whitney and Alicia Richardson were very patient with me as I tried to get all of the paperwork needed for my parents to be placed with them. The atmosphere at Silverado is exceptional and the staff is very friendly. I feel like my parents will be well taken care of.

My mom has been at Silverado Memory Care in Lee's Summit, MO, since April of 2021 (it was a different owner at that time, Silverado took over the Lee's Summit facility in/near summer of 2022). There are really too many positive experiences that have occurred for me to just narrow them to one date. The Director, staff, nurses, and cleaning staff treat my mom like royalty every day. They are caring, respectful, and have had very little turnover so that they and my mom can have real connections over time. They have something scheduled every day, if my mom wants to take advantage of the activities, and she does. Her mental and physical help are much better at Silverado than they were when she was still on her own because she gets the health care she needs, and eats better every day. I'm very happy my mom is part of the Silverado family! I listed December 7th below because that was their Christmas/Holiday get together. My son from out of town and my wife were able to participate in songs and light snack for the evening with mom and had a great time. Mark Cloud

Silverado Bellingham has a well thought out community, creating a very beautiful and inviting atmosphere for residents with memory loss. Their three neighborhoods provide different levels of care appropriate to the needs of residents at different stages. Their community also has engaging activities for their residents, including social interactions, music, gardening, pet visits, and optional outings. The Directors I have met are compassionate and caring, which overflows to the rest of the staff and residents.
