Silverado in San Juan Capistrano has been such an oasis for us on this journey. Everyone is loving, professional and bring so much expertise in all they do. Both the staff and administration are sincere, friendly and dependable. We are so grateful to be there.

The Staff & Care at Silverado Escondido is Top Notch. They came through for my family when we were in a tough situation having to move my father quickly when it became clear his previous facility was unable to address his needs. Shanyn, Jessica, and the entire staff welcomed my father like family, got him settled, and most importantly got him the care level he needed. Dad has been very well cared for and the staff as well as leadership are quick to keep our family abreast of any changes in condition or needs that he may have. Above all, you can see that my dad is much happier which makes the situation just a little easier. If you are searching for a full-service care facility for a loved one, you will be exceptionally happy with the care team at Silverado Escondido.

Silverado Memory Care in San Juan Capistrano has been a blessing for our family this past 13 months. The care given to my wife has been kind, respectful, and with dignity. Every staff member greets me with a “hello” and “ how are you” when I visit Silverado. I appreciate the fact that there are always daily activities taking place that my wife can participate in. And, I love the fact that the facility is one level with a beautiful patio and landscaped courtyard in the center. Many times I will sit in the gazebo with my wife and enjoy the quiet surroundings. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my wife to be a part of from December 2nd, 2021 to the present.

Silverado San Juan Capistrano provides my mother with attentive, loving, and very professional care. They truly honor their commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect. The staff members keep families informed and go out of their way to provide activities for both residents and families to enjoy throughout the year, and especially during holidays. I am incredibly thankful for the Silverado “angels!”

My wife has been a resident at Silverado Calabasas for three years now. With few exceptions, I have been a daily visitor to the facility and have observed numerous random acts of caring and kindness from caregivers, housekeepers, laundry, activity staff, dietary,nursing and the management team. It can be something as simple as a hug, a complimentary remark, or a needed intervention to redirect a resident. And in my opinion it never seems to come from a sense of duty but rather from a sense of caring and concern for the safety and emotional well being of the resident. It's comforting to know that my loved one is is being cared for by a team of special people who choose this work and the challenges presented by this awful disease. They are my heroes. The above for me is the priority and why I would recommend this facility to others. It more than compensates for some needed cosmetic improvements in room furnishings and carpeting. For me and maybe other family members, the visual of seeing your loved one in a room with stained carpeting or old scared furnishings, or drab painted walls, (all while less important), it can be a downer. I know we are encouraged to bring in furnishings from home, but given the monthly room and other fees, I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that some improvement would help in this regard. The common areas and activity rooms and outside patios are terrific. But again, it's the staff that are the distinguishing feature and heart of Silverado Calabasas.

My Uncle has been a Resident at Silverado San Juan Capistrano for over six years! He was originally from the East Coast, and no longer able to live on his own. Silverado has enabled him to have his own life and allowed me to live mine. The people, the pets, the food, all amazing. The staff are like family to us. It is very stressful trying to find the right "fit" for your loved one. This place saved us.

The staff at the Lee's Summit, Missouri facility are extremely caring and they take such great care of all the residents. They talk to them with respect and are very courteous. The facility is beautifully updated and there are a variety of activities for the residents to take part of.

The staff at the Lee's Summit, Missouri location are always friendly and helpful and the decorations in the facility make it so bright and cheerful!
