I have toured and worked with Silverado memory care in Southlake for many months now. The staff there is professional and caring. I so enjoy working with Jennifer and Amber. They are caring and loving. The clients that are there are treated like royalty. The facility is beautiful. I can’t say enough good!

For several years I searched for alternate care and from day one all staff members have been knowledgeable & compassionate. Not with just my husband but with my entire family. I am so thankful that he has a wonderful place that cares for him like family. The facility is well kept, great food & a wonderful outdoor space, just like home.

Beverly Place has become a number one recommendation when families are looking for top of the line Memory Care. The ambiance is joyful and supportive when I come to visit. I appreciate the communications I have with their director of social services.

I toured this lovely community with Jennifer Crosthwaite. She explained all of their wonderful programs and answered any questions I had. I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to the staff of Silverado-Alexandria Memory Care Community for their compassionate and professional care of our beloved family member and for their support of our family. Placing a family member in a memory care community is one of the most difficult decisions our family has ever made. Throughout the placement process, Silverado-Alexandria staff listened closely to our concerns and welcomed our questions. The transition from home to a memory care community is hard for both resident and family. The entire Silverado-Alexandria staff was attentive to all our needs. Our family member receives wonderful care; the staff is alert to her medical, emotional and social wellbeing. The word 'community' in Silverado's name is important; Silverado-Alexandria memory care is a community. They work diligently to build a community among residents, family members and staff. I like all the activities, outings and events available to residents. The engagement staff does just that, work creatively to engage residents. Beyond exceptional care for my wife, Silverado-Alexandria invests in the wellbeing of our family. We value professionally led support groups and regular social events for residents and families. Silverado encourages a partnership between families and administrations. When we have questions or concerns, we are listened to, issues immediately addressed. Residents and their families are respected. The physical appearance of Silverado-Alexandria is beautiful; it doesn't feel 'institutional.' All aspects of life at Silverado are very well done; it is not easy to place a beloved family member in a memory care community. But more than providing a safe place for our dearest one, we know she is well cared for in everyway, making a home for her. I am grateful to all the staff for their attentive care. Not long ago an administrator told me, "there is much joy here." I believe that is true. Thank you.

Silverado Southlake is fantastic! Beautiful and clean facility and has a great location. The staff is always warm and welcoming and the grounds are well kept. Jennifer is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I highly recommend Silverado Beverly Place. There is daily music therapy, onsite nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy as well as enrichment activities all day. Residents are able to participate in baking club, book club, floral arrangement club and many other cognitively enriching activities. The staff takes the time to get to know each individual resident and ensures they create one on one connections. At Beverly Place there are three floors of varying care based on the resident's cognitive deficit. The staff communicates with family when they believe that the resident would benefit from a different environment and amount of care. Family is welcome to visit at any time and many family members join residents for breakfast or dinner. Overall, would recommend Silverado Beverly Place to anyone looking for care for their family, the staff cares, the location is unmatched with nearby activities to walk to (farmers market, the Grove etc) and the facility is well maintained.

I absolutely love this memory care location! The staff here is one of a kind and they truly care about each of their residents. They have activities all day long to keep the residents active and engaged which is so important for their physical and mental skills. The accommodations are beautiful and feel like home. Each resident has their own personalized display box outside of their room to share a little more about who they are and make it feel more like home. Jennifer and the rest of the staff truly love what they do and it shows! It is always a pleasure when I get to visit this location!
