Everyone at the Lee's Summit Silverado is very friendly this is a very clean facility and I am happy that my mom is taken good care of.

Our loved one is well cared for; he is happy and engaged! It is hard in this season of CoVid 19 to connect but the staff works hard to set up family calls via Zoom. Separate from the weekly updates, I would love to see a short summary with photos providing the activities residents are enjoying since we cannot visit in person.

Feel there is need for better communication. Acknowledge receipt of emails at least. Advise when to expect a response. What steps would need to be reviewed to respond appropriately.

The staff at Beverly Place has been supportive at all times. My husband has been a resident for seven months and although there have been a few issues the staff always addresses my concerns, Alzheimer’s is a bumpy road and I am grateful to have my husband at Silverado.

The strength of Silverado is their caregivers. They are caring, kind, patient, and truly love the residents. They should be valued and supported more than they seem to be. The Engagement program (activities) is top notch for residents who can still cognitively participate. The program for residents who are more advanced is getting better. Silverado is expensive comparatively but leadership generally seems committed to creating a good living experience for your loved one.
