If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM! They offer to build your website for a reasonable price, but in my experience, that is followed by repeated additional charges, unreliable service, and poor communication. Our website went down at least four times a month for six months, sometimes staying offline for more than five days at a time. When I raised concerns, I was told this was normal and that these things happen. Calls during normal business hours often went unanswered. Midyear, they required an additional $499 just to get the website back up and running. At different points, they said additional payments were needed for security measures and something related to ADA compliance. They knew I depended on my website to run my business, and they took advantage of that dependence. I paid for a three-month contract extension after they promised—in writing, in the contract—that if the problems continued and I was dissatisfied, they would refund my money. Within two weeks, the website went down twice more. When I requested the promised refund, they stopped responding. Whenever communication stalled, I was told someone new had been assigned to my website—from Asher to Gary to Jason—but the problems continued. They tell you the website files belong to you, but when I wanted to leave, they stopped responding, leaving me without those files. A promise of ownership means very little when you cannot actually get your files to move your website elsewhere. Repeated outages, extra payment demands, an unfulfilled written refund promise, and no access to my files when trying to leave. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.
