Scam alert 🚨
Scam alert 🚨 Signed up Sept 30 2026 Paid $200.00 Was not happy don’t believe they are a real company there website said 100% satisfaction guarantee I would be entitled to a refund of the service fee which was $200.00 They only offered 30% of that I was told the total amount for their service was $500.00 they then hit me with hidden fees in the amount of $2100.00 Luckily I got out before I got fully scammed Check out there Google Maps trademark silicone… Fake names faked addresses Even the employees have fake names! Run away don’t trust them… Update October 14, 2026 responding to their response. Before we jump into the response, I want everyone to know that they tried to claim defamation to get this review deleted first so instead of addressing my concerns and issues they flat out, lied and tried to claim defamation, and when it was proven that this wasn’t defamation. My review stayed up and now they have to respond. This is a bad company!!!!!!!! They initially told me it was a $300 fee for the application for the trademark with the $200 fee. I had already agreed to pay. Then they came back and quoted me $2100 well also trying to sell me other options that should’ve been covered by the $200 fee to begin with so their claim is a straight up lie. Within less than 24 hours, I made the payment and asked for a refund and was only given the option of paying $2100 or getting a 30% refund to all the consumers out there you would’ve taken the same 30% refund instead of zero dollars or paying $2100 I run a legitimate business. If a client deposits with me within three business days, they have the right to ask for a full refund. And I will go even further if a client deposits with me and we have not purchased any material they will get an entire refund Because they went online and pulled a document that I already had because I’m the one that told them everything about the trademark to begin with which they didn’t even know, that constitutes them keeping 70% of my $200 I gave them the option to do the right thing and issue a full 100% refund and we both could’ve walked away cleanly But instead, they refused and offered me a ridiculous 30% refund so I’ve taken the 30% refund and I will continue to update you the consumers as this progresses anytime they respond. I will respond with an update and clarification. You can try and lie on this submission, but it will not work Update October 15, 2026 They’ve tried to lie and say they tried to get the bad review deleted through standard practices. So instead of reaching out, addressing the issues and trying to resolve the issues, your first instinct was to claim defamation to get a review deleted, I don’t think anyone considers defamation a standard practice for getting a review deleted. I implore everyone to look up the address. It’s right beside a legitimate law office but the address they have listed there is no name on the door, I highly doubt anybody even works in that office as it looks completely vacant. And regardless the fact that you had the audacity to try and get my review, deleted by claiming defamation before ever trying to resolve, the problem, shows that this is a terrible company to work with. Never mind. Also, I’ve done some research what they claim for trademark is inaccurate. I’ve hired a legitimate law firm and it’s a six month process not 14 to 18 business days. Their original claim after they filed the paperwork within 14 to 18 days, we have a trademarked issue for you If anyone believes would 14 to 18 days, a trademark can be filed reviewed and issued. Let me tell you right now it cannot. The review process won’t even hit an auditor’s desk for at least a month or two and then there’s a 30 day wait period where they list the trademark name for objections Everything about this company screams scam. Do yourself a favor. Read this review and walk away.

Hello, thank you for the update. We flagged this review through Trustpilot’s standard process because we believed some statements, such as the claims about our address and fees, were inaccurate. Trustpilot reviewed it and decided to keep it up, and we respect that. You paid $200 on September 30 for the trademark search, clearance, application review and classification work, which was completed and delivered. The $2,100 is the federal USPTO filing fee due at submission, a separate third-party cost. When you decided not to continue, we offered you two options: pay the filing fee and proceed, or receive a 30% refund, because most of the service had already been delivered. You accepted the refund in writing, and it has been processed. Our office address is [1754 Technology Dr STE 122, San Jose, CA 95110, USA], and we’re happy to provide documentation to Trustpilot to verify it. We’d welcome the chance to resolve any remaining concerns at [[email protected] / +1 (408) 516-2649].
