I didn’t realize that my order wouldn’t even ship for 15-25 business days. I never would’ve ordered

Order was placed, got half my order and was told I'd receive the other items at a later date. Some weeks passed, then I got an apology email stating that there was a ware house issue and that my goods were sent. A week later I got another email saying that they had just shipped my items. Then a week after that another email apologised again and confirmed the items had once more been shipped. I've not received my items and they won't give me my refund. Looks like the fraud squad will be getting a call soon. I've been in contact with you several times and produced this information for you several times only to be met with the same series of contradictory automated emails in response.

Moin. Ich habe drei Shorts bestellt. Es wurde eine geliefert. Dazu noch ein T-Shirt und ein Cap. Verkäufer zeigt sich trotz mehrfacher Hinweise uneinsichtig. Lediglich eine sehr geringe Rückzahlung wurde angeboten. Grenzt an Betrug. I ordered 5 shirts like a month ago. They were supposed to be just after Father’s Day. I just received 2 which is fine but there is NO information on the rest of my order. I spent $100 on shirts and to have no information is ridiculous!

The order was correct and everything was good until the return process. Non existent. Didn’t respond. And then after 30 return warranty they wouldn’t honor it. It took 13 days to get a response. And by the time they responded again, it had been 21 days. Sad experience.

Really cool shirts! Will buy more
