Signed document with ease, but the recipient did not accept my document...
Part 2: The bottom line, the way SignWell certifies signatures is problematic for some companies. My official form was rejected three times due to Signwell's timestamp format/process, which means their platform was not useful for this task. Part 1: I needed to sign and date one document, so I gave SignWell a go. I signed up for free using an email address. I uploaded my document, signed, dated, and downloaded it in no time. I sent the document to the recipient, and they rejected it. They even suggested other signature apps instead.

We're sorry they didn't accept your document! SignWell's eSignatures are legally binding in the US under ESIGN and UETA, and internationally under similar laws in most major markets. Whenever there is doubt, shoot our support team (made of humans, no AI) an email. They are there to help you troubleshoot!
