Their customer service is horrible. They reply very quickly when it comes to new orders, but when you try to reach them for help with installation—because no light turns on—nobody answers my calls or calls me back. I tried to contact them via emails and chats, but they have let me down several times, even after promising to call me. It's been weeks since I requested their help. The deadline for this project is approaching, and our important customers will be visiting our office soon. Yet, they DO NOT CARE.

We had a sign made for our suck coop, and it turned out incredible! Everyone who sees it is amazed. This is the second item we've had made by this company, and we'll definitely keep coming back!!

DOOOOOO NOTTTTTT even consider buying from them ,I went through hellllll with them and a hassle to get my money back they refused I eventually had to go through my bank and won my dispute almost $2K to be exact ,I placed my order August for my business sign weeks passed no update and I had to reach out to them ,months later still no sign and they keep giving me the run around I had to delay my grand opening ,4 months later I had no sign and no update and they couldn’t provide a shipping date or a refund ,despite their website saying 10 days guaranteed . Buyer beware if you went to get scammed then sign makerz Is for you. They run facebook ads and make it look legit but they are not .

I needed to replace my old wooden lake house sign since it had become warped warped and weathered over time. I sent them a picture of the original, and they made an exact replica in vinyl. I love how it turned out!!
