They will use the number for Humana on…
They will use the number for Humana on the caller ID to get you to pick up. This is very misleading. I've heard too many horror stories. I'm not about to let them into my home or examine me.

Signify Health offers a service on behalf of your health plan, where a licensed clinician will come to your home and complete a health evaluation at no extra cost to you. We will then send that information to your primary care provider so they have a better look at your health when you are comfortable at home. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalismad .
I had made an appointment online several weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment they didn't call me, they just canceled it... Terrible service. Not recommended

Dr Joseph Ugoeke
Dr. Joseph reviewed my current blood work results and explained in detail how I should treat my concerns. He took his time and did not rush through his visit. He was very personable.

our visit with Jacquelynn Rubsam was on may 16th, She arrived on tine and my wife & I were evualated by her, She was the best NP that we have had in all our several home health visits, Very friendly and certainly most professional & knowledgeable. We will ask for her on our next scheduled visit.

Dr. Lincer
Dr. Robert Lincer is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met in my entire life. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I enjoyed our meeting very much. I would love to have him again in my future. He answered many medical questions that I had and they were all easy to understand. We talked about all of my ailments and he gave me advice as to how I should handle each one. Just a very wonderful guy. You are very lucky to have him work at your company.
