I was lied to about receiving a $100 gift card for agreeing to a home visit. The doc conducting the home visit was fine, no complaints. When more than enough time had past -and no gift card received- i called Signify and was told i wud definitely receive it. I didn't. Called 4 times over the course of a year. Lied to each time. The home visit is optional. I say: Don't do it. Btw no one at United Healthcare could tell me anything about Signify. Don't lie to me Signify & expect no repercussions.

Ms. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional. Having the in home visit was extremely helpful and comfortable.

Jackie was very personable. I went into the interview with the idea that I really didn’t need any help because I am in great physical shape but we talked about many different subjects and it was a learning experience for me. I am so glad that she came.

T. Moore she just gave me a good vibe at first I was nervous was going to cancel the home visit. she came in respected the no shoes rule she explained to me what to expect I agreed and we got busy. I felt so comfortable with her. she explained each question to me that I didn't understand she expressed her concerns to one of my health answers, but I will follow up with my PCP overall my visit was nice.

The visiting nurse Jacquelynn Rubs am was very polite and friendly and very caring. She took interest in how i was doing and answered all my questions.

This nurse was amazing! Very personable and we discussed my medication at length and told me what needed more attention and what I was doing well.

An agent from Signify called me to say they will be at my house tomorrow AM to conduct a wellness check. No one from my family scheduled this and no one has ever talked to them before. They told me they work with my health insurance provider, Blue Cross. I kept asking who set this up and they danced around the question. Signify is using deceptive tactics similar to a used car salesman. Blue Cross is junk insurance and now they have a crooked friend to play games with!

Very professional and knowledgeable great overall five stars plus. Comfortable with her persona, which exhibited caring, but in a professional manner. Very easy to be with exuded, caring with professional mannerism, and knowledge.
