No options for doing visits somewhere other than home & will not take no for an answer unless you are straight up rude or just hang up on them. Rep called & didn't tell me anything just told me i needed to schedule an in home appt. I politely refused and she just wanted to know why, I explained that I do not want the invasion of privacy of letting a stranger into my home. Nether myself or my husband are shut ins or unable to go doctor's appointments at the clinic and I just don't feel in home health visits are necessary, I thanked her for calling and as I was hanging up, I could still hear her trying to keep me on the phone and schedule an appointment. They use every shady, scam call tactic in the book to try and book an appointment.

The overall image of Medicare Advantage and partners, such as AETNA and Signify, is one that projects capitalism at its worst!! Services primarily for the single purpose of increasing PROFIT$!! at whatever co$t$!! And not to improve customers' health!!! Most of the comments about Signify are 100% correct and truthful: excessive number of calls to promote, insist, and persist in selling their home-visits for ulterior motives. Even when I tell them I had just had a semi-annual medical evaluation with my primary physician... they ignore my comments and will insist again, and again, about scheduling their nurse home visits. The $$ gift cards, the gimmicks, etc. are just to sell their services which are mostly a waste, and a direct cost to the entire Medicare system, a serious, common and very real problem about the medical insurance industry.

This company does outsourcing for Aetna medical. They are the MOST UNRELIABLE company I have ever dealt with. They make appointments and NEVER show up. It happened to me for the second time this year and the second year in a row.

My wife and I scheduled nurse health visits with Signify Health, for both of us on the same day and time period, through Aetna Medicare. The nurse arrived, but showed an appointment for my wife only; they do not give the nurse authority to also process me. So I immediately called Signify Health. They would not allow the nurse to check me, but would only schedule another appointment. The agent then angrily hung up on me! Since I had the phone on speaker, the nurse was here to confirm this and to witness that I said nothing inappropriate. Aetna should be ashamed of hiring this company. Signify Health is horrible, but is Aetna any better for continuing to use them, despite the disgusting customer reviews and behavior? I don't think so.

I had an initial interview at this position because I believed in their mission statement being about empathy and the goal of helping customers in their home. The first interview went well and I was setup for a second video interview. I have been in Customer Service/ Sales for over 12 years. I know how important customer service is and the ultimate goal of helping people in need is what interested me in the position. I also heavily research not only the company but their reviews across all platforms. They want you to build trust with the customers to set the appointment but they expect you to do 135 calls per hour and keep the conversation to a 1-2 mjnute call or less . You can’t build trust or repor in a 1-2 minute call . We did a role play and I showed how I would sell the product . He then combatted that with no open ended questions , we need 400 calls a day and just set the appointment . It’s about money to them, Not about helping people . When I asked about the reviews on all platforms he knew nothing about them . When I told him how many they had and that they all said the said things like no communication from them after the appointment , no promised gift cards, no follow up with notes or diagnostics as promised , no plan for healthcare but that they all billed insurance immediately . They were also a ton about no shows from providers on the appointments that were scheduled. No communication about the no shows. Etc . It doesn’t align with there mission statement. His response was well you know only people who are dissatisfied leave bad reviews, no one leaves a good review . Untrue . If you use proper techniques you ll get good reviews. 90 % of there good reviews on social media were either spam or employee reviews not actual patients. I am not a claiming to be an expert but I have been Business Development Manager , Sales Manager, Fundraising coordinator ,etc. In every position I have worked I have managed the social media campaign and reviews and how to Keep customers happy both before and after the sale. I have a proven record of success when it comes to good customer service and reviews. Then he couldn’t answer a lot of other questions I had because I went through the entire company website etc. He didn’t listen to anything I was suggesting . At the end he said he d give me a decision within 2 days . I told him no thank you . That I was no longer interested in the position.

We had an agreement That I would receive a 100 gift card to a place I picked out. They canceled at the last minute. They wanted me to reschedule. I did with the agreement that I would receive 200 gift card. They jammed me up for a second time. They still wanted me to reschedule.

I supposedly had a Health provider scheduled to come to my house for June 6, 2024 between 3 & 6 pm. I moved my schedule around so I could accommodate the visit. I waited for 3 hours & no one showed up. Not even a courtesy call to at least let me know they were running late or won’t be able to make it! Not sure why Aetna continues to do business with this outfit. Makes Aetna look bad & most probably will lose customers. Aetna better wake up.

Many of the insurance companies including mine choose signifyhealth to get their members a healthy home visit or virtual visit, this company has been lieing to me over a year now saying no ones available and they are hiring more, heck they can't even find a virtual visit in the entire state of Virginia, that's absurd, my insurance and all the rest offer us all like me.$50 gift card I will never see cause this company won't never get a doctor come to my home or even a virtual visit sadly, therefore this one thing Aetna wants me to complete I can't so I get nothing and this company just keeps giving people the run around, I've told my insurance and they are part the blame too since they refuse to fix the issue by hiring another company who can come see.me or at least do a virtual visit, even though no one's ever available, they still call me once in a while to setup a appointment, pure ignorance when they know no ones available and their customer support is aweful saying they send my info on up to higher dept to find someone and still over a year no one available in person or virtual. This company needs to go out of business, insurance companies need to quit supporting such a bad company. Improved some now a little quicker
