They publish profiles about people without consent, get the information wrong, and then make removing it a nightmare. You should not have to fight with a company to have a profile taken down that you never asked them to create.

I would have given 0 star if it was the option , how these people are try to scam the clients , i paid the money for the full subscription and the credit and and they decide to seieze my more than 70 percent credits , and after talking to thier customer support for the weeks , they did not resolv4e my issue at all , on contrast they keep me in the loop , 2 person whoi keep me in the loop and their name is mary and alina , the whole they try to delay from here and their and still today , i didnot get my credits neither refund for money and i will suggest every single one not to buy their software as they always try to scam people . they have shittiest customer support and they just know how to truly sieze and exploit customer's money as a small business owner you cannot trust these guys , they are just corrupt till the core. they do not understand how hard it is to run a business , and why you get scammed by these type of people , if feels so worse and frustrated to know that these business always try to exploit your money , and try to make feel guilty to trust these people . from the bottom of my heart , i will say that someday you will meet the person who can tell the whole world you scamming polices , gave you the taste of your medicine . Do not buy from these scammers . their is a different hell for these type of people . you guys are scammers , do not buy from them .

So if you Google my name on the internet then you will find a list of inaccurate information (due to being outdated) about me that these jokers ripped off my LinkedIn which I had shut down a while back - I asked them to remove the profile and they had the audacity to give me a form to fill out. This their mess up not mine - I'm not filling in a form! I don't recommend SignalHire at all as they are posting people's information without consent and it's not even accurate thus misleading and deceiving to everyone else - that's also not my number and I don't know who's email address they actually have...

Purchased subscription and they have given me wrong information even after I have showed them related emails. No REFUND and I wasted my $49. Very dissappointed !!

Be aware!!!! I canceled my membership and they continued to charge me for a year. When I finally caught it and reached out, they said they cannot issue a refund including the pending transaction my bank sent alert for. After 60 messages this was the reply: I understand your concerns about the charges and the cancellation of your subscription. Unfortunately, our policy prohibits issuing refunds once payment has been processed, as all transactions are confirmed without error. Your account remains canceled, and there will be no further charges moving forward. I sincerely apologize if the notification emails were missed, but as stated, we send out reminders to ensure customers are informed about any active subscriptions.
