The design of the product is great. The fact that it is not solid wood but composite wood makes it feel cheap. Overall it is a great buy for the price. I would caution however the customer service… in my particular case, I clicked on one of their promo email offering an additional discount for an item I had not purchased. The offer was attractive and decided to move forward. When I clicked on it I didn’t realize I was buying an old Item that was saved in my cart. I realized the mistake within the hour but when I contacted customers service they replied the next day stating it was too late. The return shipping cost would be mine to pay. They were “unable” to do a swap right away. Their chat option for customer service doesn’t respond well and instantly. Most likely being overseas.

I ordered a set of 3 and the top of 1 is damaged. I h submitted a claim and they said they would replace it. They said it would arrive in 3-7 days. This was over a month ago and I have followed two additional times and I get the same message, the replacement is coming but it’s clearly not coming. Update 5.15.26 - I finally received the new item but it was entirely too challenging to get it. Multiple emails over weeks repeating myself. However, it was finally sent and I’m grateful.

Fast response to a faulty drawer slide. We are very happy with the bedside tables and dresser.

My purchase was the most money I have spent on a furniture purchase and it doesn’t feel that way. The dresser does not seem like it will hold up. The slides are not smooth. The top of the nightstands feel a little rough. I like the space of the dresser drawers and the look. I wish the quality was better and there wasn’t so much to assemble. Partial assembly would have been nice.

Purchased two …. Everything is tight for some reason these bad boys are wobbly like bad. Packaging was great but man really not what I expected

Delivery was pretty quick. Assembly took about an hour, but easier with the second one. My boys love them in their rooms.
