Hi BL, We're sorry to hear that your reading didn't resonate with you. Tarot readings are deeply personal experiences, and we understand that not every reading will connect with every client in the way they hoped. When you reached out with your concerns, we were happy to offer both a refund and the opportunity to work with a different reader, as we genuinely want every member to have a positive experience on Sibyl. We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you all the best moving forward. Love and Light!

Hi Nicole, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful words about your experience with Queen. We’re truly happy to hear how supported and understood you feel through your readings with her. Queen puts so much care and intention into every response, and it means a lot to know that her guidance has felt generous, thorough, and deeply aligned with your questions and circumstances. It’s especially beautiful to hear that her readings have helped bring clarity to your own intuition and that you can feel the care behind her words. That kind of connection is incredibly meaningful to us. We’re grateful to have you in the Sibyl community and honored to be part of your journey. Love and Light!

Hi Rashonda, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d love to help clarify how the membership works! The $19/month membership includes unlimited one-card tarot readings, so you never have to pay extra in order to continue receiving guidance and support on the platform. We also offer optional add-ons, such as longer multi-card readings and more in-depth spreads, for members who want a deeper dive into a situation. Those upgraded readings cost extra because they require significantly more time from the reader to complete thoughtfully and thoroughly, and we want to make sure that our readers are fairly compensated for their work. That said, these extras are always completely optional and never required. In fact, many of our members enjoy the platform without ever purchasing any add-ons at all, and that is absolutely okay! We truly appreciate you giving Sibyl a try and hope this helps clear things up a bit. Love and Light!
