It seems as if it’s a real person doing the readings. Although I think the message comes from the reader, it seems to be cleaned up by AI a little. Which is fine, it’s not excessive. Overall, my experience with this company has been great.

Readings come in a timely manner, appear human written (maybe some light editing software, but it doesn't feel like total AI), and I appreciate that my reader (Serena) offers insight, guidance, and emotional reflection but doesn't make concrete promises. Any online (or in-person, for that matter) reader that claims to know the future with certainty automatically gets a hard pass from me, so I appreciate that Sibyl appears to be ethical in their approach and not make factual statements for people in vulnerable positions. I always believed that Tarot should be a tool, like journaling or meditation, into gaining insight and clarity. So far, Sibyl seems to follow this approach.
