Dear Anonymous - pls do share your name. We have just one subscription product, which is transparently put on the pricing page which is live anytime. You can also see it when you are paying on stripe - it clearly says Bills monthly or Bills quarterly or bills annually depending on which subscription you purchase. There is no human intervention in this. You can also cancel the subscription from your account online. You can also pause the subscription on your own from your account. Shvasa is set up to help take authentic yoga to global audiences 24hrs live. Its a self serve model in which you can make all the changes online. I hope this helps and I am sorry you feel this way.

Dear Unnati, I am sorry you feel this way. You signed up on 31 August and booked classes until 25 October (today) upto 38 classes but have shown up for just 11. We reviewed the yoga with weights as well as the core and back strengthening class attended and there were no asanas that could cause any discomfort for your back. There were just 5-6 people in class and the teachers were correcting everyones alignments. Unnati - also when you do some strength movements, there is bound to be soreness and pain. It usually happens in the 1st week. Muscle tissue tears and repairs and is stronger once this happens. I too felt my hips were on fire when i started. In the 2nd week and 3rd you really feel very strong. Walking and stretching really doesnt help in improving strength. We really can help. You paused your subscription from 6th to 12th October. As per your request we also extended it till Dec. Unnati - yoga can really help heal but you need to show up for class, we could also do a therapy class. We go out of the way to help each and every student. When someone subscribes, we hire enough teachers so that the class never has more than 10-15 people. Asking for a refund towards the end of a subscription period really affects the studio and the teachers. What we can do is extend the subscription so you get value. Please come to class and speak with the teacher. I do hope this helps

Dear Jananisri - we are sorry you feel this way. Shvasa is a subscription product where the subscription renews automatically on stripe. While paying on stripe its mentioned very transparently that it bills monthly or 3months or annually. We also send emails before the subscription renews and you can reverse the charge according to the refund policy. If you have not asked for a refund and asked later, we also give you a coupon or gift card with the option of you or your loved ones using the subscription at anytime. I was not able to find a subscription in your name. Please do let me know which email did you register with and will look into this. We started shvasa to help people form a habit with almost 24/7 live yoga & meditation classes in 20,30 & 60min formats with India's best teachers. Its not our intention to take money for a service you didnt use. You could reach out to me on [email protected] anytime please.

Hmm we sorry you faced this. Would be helpful to know who you are so we can remove you from the calling list. A lot of our students have found it useful when the counsellors call them and motivate them to rejoin. We apologise if someone was too enthusiastic.
