I wanted to order since a few years because I liked their 'East meets West' garments. This year I ordered in the middle of month of Ramadan. Website said it was last call to be delivered before Eid. And indeed, it arrived BEFORE Eid. So thanks for that. Quality is nice, I could have customized the length a bit, but I only remembered there was a feature on the site afterwards. Maybe they should make it more visible on the website for better user experience. Another important point is the difference between their .UK and .com websites, where exchange rates make products more expensive for Europeans than for UK residents (a difference of about 50€ for 3 items). This should be fixed IMO. Customer service was available by whatsapp, which is another good point. Happy with my order, shukran Shukr

This review is regarding the returning process which, unfortunately, has been very disappointing so far. I returned a skirt, which I sent through DHL according to the rules of Shukr, (including printing my own return label) Tuesday last week. I updated Shukr, through their WhatsApp profile, that the parcel had been picked up by DHL and i provided them with the receipt. They thanked me and promised to return back as soon as the packet arrived to them. Yesterday (Tuesday a week after!) I wondered why I didn't hear anything from them, and I decided to track the package on the DHL Web site. Here I found that the packet arrived to Shukr on Thursday last week! But they hadn't contacted me at all! I wrote them yesterday and again today to ask them to please confirm that they received the packet and to provide me with the paying information, in order to be able to pay the shipping costs for sending me back the skirt in another size. They don't answer my messages at all! And I'm wondering if I will ever get another skirt or even money refunded. This has been a very bad experience with Shukr. I cannot recommend this to anyone! Update: Shukr has returned to me, announcing that my item will be shipped after 4 days. Thank you for that.

I've order a 2 Abaya and a dress from here and one hijab. All of great quality. I really love the ethics of this company. The only issue I did have was that one Abaya was tight through the arms and chest but was the same size as the other I had ordered. I looked at the sizing chart and they are the same. I was thinking maybe someone put the wrong size on the dress, I kept the Abaya and I am going to see about getting it altered to make it a little less tight in the arms. Also I think they should offer coupons to costumers who have bought from them for their next order( or every other order) which I haven't seen them do, especially since I had to get an alteration after paying a considerable amount for the Abaya.
